2023 Learn-A-Thon
Thanks to the on-going partnership with Cisco Networking Academy, an exciting Learn-A-Thon has been announced for 2023!
This year's Learn-A-Thon will be January 23rd through February 10th. It is open to ALL CAP members!
The course is Networking Basics.
Join our 3 week Learn-A-Thon to improve your chances of a lucrative career in the hottest growing job market.
Complete and pass the course to earn a Cisco learning digital badge, to be shared over various social media platforms.
Additionally, passing this course is a pre-requisite for some of the cyber-based national cadet special activities and it is part of the CyberSecurity pathway which members can see the full course list available to CAP members here.

IMPORTANT Directions for creating a Single Sign On (SSO) account on NetAcad.com to then access SkillsforAll.com: It is important that you self-enroll yourself into the Get Connected, Linux Unhatched or Linux Essentials course, PRIOR to enrolling in the Skillsforall.com courses. The reason for this as NetAcad provides a SSO into Skills for All. It does not work in the opposite direction. If you are a new user, you should create an account with NetAcad.com before taking any courses on SkillsforAll.com.
After enrolling in a NetAcad.com You will receive an email to create your NetAcad.com profile & password, please follow the directions in that email. Once you have created your NetAcad.com profile & credentials you will then be able to use your Single-Sign-On (SSO) into Skillsforall.com and then enroll into the www.skillsforall.com courses below.
CAP's last Learn-A-Thon concluded on October 9th, 2020.
Nearly 1,600 Civil Air Patrol (CAP) members participated. North Dakota Wing came in first place with 11.11% student completions followed by Montana and Kansas wings. Illinois, Arkansas, Vermont, Maine, Texas, North Carolina, and Georgia completed the ranking as the top 10 wings with high rates of course completion in the competition.
